What should I do if I am speaking at the event?
- We require the following from speakers: Your Presentation
(PowerPoint or Word format), Audio Visual requirements. These
must be sent to IBC Asia within a minimum of four weeks before
each event.
- Presentations can be sent via email, postal delivery or
courier
- All presentations should last approximately 30 minutes,
approximately 10 minutes for special issue panelists. (there
are exception for some pre-arranged exceptions)
- You will receive a confirmation letter from the conference
manager and speaker’s pack that will assist you in planning
your attendance as well as other technical details needed.
- If assistance is required for accommodation please contact
your conference manager or your dedicated conference executive

AT THE EVENT
Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
- Please click on the Hotel
and Reservation section on this website for information
on the hotel address. The conference will be held at The
Regent Singapore from 19 - 20 November 2009.
What happens when I get to the Conference?
- Arrival:
When you arrive at the conference please go to the reception
desk and inform the members of staff there that you are a
speaker/panellist. Staff will be on hand to assist your registration
as well as any specific seating requirements for the Opening
ceremony. You should be able to collect your badge and documentation
pack here. Please note that badges must be worn at all times.
- Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch
is served around midday (as per program timing) and there
will be a mid afternoon coffee break.
- Documentation:
All presentations are now made available at a secure website
with all presentations that miss the submission deadline made
available on the same website within two weeks after the conference.
We hope that all speakers will have their presentation materials
made available before the event for the convenience of delegates
and fellow speakers and participants.
- Chairman Guide (only for selected and invited conference
chairmen and moderators):
There will be an information pack available from the conference director
which will be handed out ideally during the speaker’s dinner and reception
or at least 30 minutes before the presentation/session starts.
- Dress Code:
Business attire is required throughout the conference.
